Citadel homes have been extremely helpful and thorough every step of the way.
Very helpful when we had a boiler fault at our Citadel Homes rental. Arranged an engineer, and brought round an electric heater whilst we waited for the engineer. No 24 hour telephone helpline though - maintenance issues have to be reported via email to an address that's monitored during CH office hours only.
Dealing with Nikki at Citadel Homes was by far one of the best renting experiences I have had. She was warm, genuine, and kept in consistent contact with me throughout the application process. I would highly recommend renting with Citadel Homes for a complete service from start to finish.
Have been really helpful during the whole rental process, with this being mine and my partners first place, we couldn’t have asked for a smoother process. There was communication every step of the way. Couldn’t be happier to move into their rentals! And they allow dogs which is a bonus!
